This Privacy Policy explains how Raven.GG EU B.V. ("Raven.GG", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit or make a purchase from this store. Raven.GG EU B.V. serves customers in the European Union. If you are in the UK or elsewhere outside the EU/US, please shop with Raven.GG Limited; if you are in the US, with Raven.GG USA, Inc. — each has its own privacy policy.

2. What we collect

Information you provide:
- Identity and contact details — name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address
- Order details — products purchased, order value, delivery preferences
- Communications — messages you send to customer support
- Marketing preferences — whether you have consented to receive marketing emails

Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, time zone, pages viewed, and interactions with the store (via cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the site)

Payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment processors (e.g. Shopify Payments, iDEAL/PayPal providers). We never see or store your full card or bank details.

3. Purposes and legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)

Purpose: Processing and delivering your order; order and delivery communications
Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))

Purpose: Customer support, returns, refunds, complaints
Legal basis: Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))

Purpose: Email marketing
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); or, for existing customers regarding similar products, legitimate interests consistent with ePrivacy rules — every message includes an unsubscribe option

Purpose: Fraud prevention and security
Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))

Purpose: Tax, accounting, and consumer law compliance
Legal basis: Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced them against your rights. You may object at any time (Section 7). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

4. Recipients of your data

We share personal data only with processors and partners who need it to run the store:

- Shopify — e-commerce platform hosting the store, processing orders on our behalf, and sending our marketing emails through Shopify Email
- Payment processors — to take payment securely
- Delivery carriers and our fulfilment partner (Norsk Global BV, Netherlands) — name, address, and contact details needed to pick, pack, and deliver your order
- Group companies — Raven.GG Limited (UK) and Raven.GG USA, Inc., where needed for group administration or redirecting an order placed with the wrong regional store
- Professional advisers and public authorities — where legally required

We do not sell your personal data. Reporting to our licensor partners is aggregated and contains no personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers (including Shopify) process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and Canada. Such transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions (including, for certified US recipients, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures where needed. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards via contact@blackbird.team.

6. Retention

- Order and transaction records: 7 years (Dutch fiscal retention obligation)
- Marketing data: until you withdraw consent/unsubscribe, or after sustained inactivity
- Support correspondence: 24 months after resolution
- Device/usage data: for the life of the relevant cookie or session

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; objection to processing based on legitimate interests; an absolute right to object to direct marketing; and withdrawal of consent at any time. We do not use automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Cookies

The store uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (cart, checkout, security) and, where applicable, cookies supporting the email marketing you signed up for. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Necessary cookies are placed without consent as permitted by the ePrivacy rules; any non-essential cookies will only be placed with your consent.

9. Children

This store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly process their data.

10. Complaints

Please contact us first at contact@blackbird.team. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or the supervisory authority in your EU member state of residence or work.
